Henderson General Hospital

The Henderson General Hospital is located at 711 Concession Street. It is at the corner of Concession St. and Upper Sherman Ave. next to the Hamilton Regional Cancer Centre.

From Toronto: Take the QEW west to Hwy. 403 exit. Take Hwy. 403 West to the Lincoln Alexander Parkway/Mohawk Road exit. Keep left and take the Lincoln Alexander Parkway East to the Upper Wentworth exit. Turn left at the lights at Upper Wentworth and continue to Concession Street. Turn right on Concession and continue to the hospital.

From downtown Hamilton: Take James St. S. and turn left on St. Joseph’s Drive and travel up the Upper Wellington mountain access to the Concession Street turn-off. Turn left onto Concession Street and continue to the hospital.

Hamilton General Hospital

Directions to the Hamilton General Hospital: The Hamilton General Hospital is located at 237 Barton Street East. It is located on Barton Street East between Victoria and Wellington Streets in the north end of the city. Victoria Street is one-way northbound and Wellington Street is one-way southbound. Barton Street runs east and west.

From the East: Take King Street East westbound to Victoria St. North. Turn right on Victoria and go north to Barton Street East.

From the West: Take Main Street East eastbound to Victoria Street. Turn left on Victoria and go north to Barton Street East.

From the Mountain: The most direct access from the Mountain is via Upper James Street. Take Upper James north which leads directly to Victoria Street. Proceed north on Victoria to Barton Street East.

McMaster University Medical Centre

McMaster University Medical Centre is located at 1200 Main St. West in West Hamilton.

From the East: Take Highway 403 westbound to the Main Street West exit. At the light at the top of the ramp turn left and continue on Main Street to the Medical Centre.

or:

Take King Street West to its end at Forsythe Avenue. Enter the parking garage directly in front of you at the 3-way stop or turn left and continue around to the front of the hospital.

From the West: Take Hwy 403 Eastbound to the Aberdeen exit. Turn left at the first set of lights (Longwood Avenue). Turn left onto Main Street East and continue on Main Street to the Medical Centre.
